You can use the center core as an Egg Weight, add a single weighed collar to the center core to create torque training during high intensity sports specific movements or add both end collars to make a complete dumbbell set. This compact weight training system was designed to limit obstruction and increase functional fluid motion unlike a traditional cast iron bulky dumbbell (30% smaller than a cast iron dumbbell).
